Coincidence? Slip of the tongue? I doubt it.........
You are aware, probably, that Barack Obama lost his bearings recently and said that he was going to campaign in all 57 states. You heard this? And everybody chalked it up to, "Well, he's tired."
Barack Obama says he's gonna go out and campaign in 57 states, he was just tired, you know, it's been such a long campaign, he's been so many places, he probably thinks there are 57 states. Well, I have here a printout from a website called the International Humanist and Ethical Union. And here is how the second paragraph of an article on that website begins. "Every year from 1999 to 2005 the organization of the Islamic conference representing the 57 Islamic states presented a resolution to the United Nations commission on human rights called combating." And the title of the piece here is, "How the Islamic states dominate the UN human rights council," and there are 57 of them.
Obama said he's going to campaign in 57 states, and it turns out that there are 57 Islamic states. There are 57 Islamic states. So did Obama just lose his bearings, or was this a more telling slip, ladies and gentlemen?

Personally, I'm tired of all the pouncing on ALL the politicians. They are human. And if it was a slip, we don't know if it's because he was thinking of, recently talking about, or relating to those 57 states. We can't assume why someone says something in my opinion.

I can't stand him and not because of the claims to Muslim background. Just because I don't trust him as a person. The smirks he makes and the way he talks just gives me a creepy feeling. He will be the last person I ever vote for. Course we don't have anybody better to choose from, unfortunately. We haven't had anyone good to vote for in the last 5 elections. Well, Bill Clinton actually was a good president but a bad liar. lol love ya!!

I'm not a big supporter of Barrack but a lot of slanderous chatter and completely made up things have gone around about him and his wife. This is the kind of thing I would expect coming out of Rush Limbaugh's mouth. Be careful of what you believe.

I have a feeling this is another bogus attempt at Email Bashing. I listent to Network and Cable News and also with the Drudge Report, The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Chicago Sun Times as well as the Tampa Tribune & St Pete Times and I have never seen this...And don't you think with a slip like this would be on no to only be on the News, but the Republican Candidate would run with it? Well Sharon, I know Barry (his given name) does keep up with Islamic news and therefore has an instant knowledge of same, it could only be a slip, of which we all make and are red-faced about later. I agree many facts seem to tie Barry in with unsavory things, but with reason I doubt he'd broadcast it. Politics and politicians are pretty much after the same thing, I wouldn't worry. Really. CATHY
