Across from my work is the county Arboretum full of any and all kinds of local foliage. It was a lovely day so I decided to take a tour. There was a school group there on a "scavenger hunt" and I could hear the teacher yelling for them to remember to be able to name the plants they find.
Part of the area is being rennovated so I couldn't tour the entire site. I did catch a honey bee diving for goodies.
The rose garden was in full bloom, but most of the blooms were faded making way for new ones.
Later in the year they have a Camellia Showing complete with blue ribbons and such.
