It's 9pm...do you know where your hubby is??

Still on the back deck passed out!  ROFLMAOPIMP!!!  The fool was still on the deck!  See??? It's dark!

The girls and I took off....left him there....we went to our fav pizza/sub joint on the beach (and believe it or not Lanny, I did NOT have a sub!) and had pizza.  The wind was nice, the sky was awesome and Gabrielle was about 1.5 hrs to our North.  We only got drizzles during last night and this morning...no wind.

We went on the beach to look at the surf.  It was awesome.  Ya know, Jim Cantore is on N Topsail Beach, but we didn't see him darnnit!!

Here's a shot of the surf at Surf City.  Look how the salt spray had gotten on my lense.

It was quite windy and the air and water temperature was divine.  Just what us girls needed.

Earlier today (3pm) Miss T and I had driven down to Wrightsville Beach.  Guess it was just a beachin day!

This is the drawbridge onto the Island.  We were on the Island side when I took this picture.

Now which one of these is mine???

This is a zoomed shot of the end of Mercer's Pier.
To the North I could see the darkness of the storm.

That's all for now....aren't ya glad!

Those are some very nice pictures, well, except for the first one.  I know he is embarassing the way he is, but these pictures won't change the way he is.  I feel really sad for you Sharon.  Take care.

You should have locked all the doors and taken his keys away.  Let him sleep out there all night...pour some honey on him and see if the ants like him.  Hang in there girl...maybe someone will kidnap him and your troubles will be over.

He is still alive, right?  So sorry you are dealing with that.

Beach shots are awesome, glad the storm stayed away.

If that wasn't so sad it would be comical.  I feel for you.  Hope tomorrow is a better day.  Love the ocean pictures.

My husband was saying that was exactly the way he would get.  so sad.  Where you checking his vitals?!  Would scare me that he would die laying right there.  Hugs to you and Miss T.

New to your journal, just thought I'd say hello!

Boy do your photos make me miss the beach. I grew up in NJ, with summers at the shore. And lived on the west coast of FL for college. Ohhh, how I miss the ocean! Now stationed in Germany, with no coast in sight!!

Feel welcome to stop by my journal, if you're even inclined. :)

love the beach pics!! It looks so gorgeous there.  You are so lucky it's still summer where you are. Today we have 30 mph winds and it's only about 55.  Fall is right around the corner, I might have to wear a sweater today!
